Please understand that our therapist has blocked her schedule for your appointment and late cancellations and no-shows don’t allow for her to fill your appointment.  For this reason, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

• If this is your first visit, please plan on arriving 10 minutes early to complete paperwork and allow yourself time to find the office.

• You may cancel your appointment without charge anytime before 5PM the day preceding your appointment.  Cancellations after 5PM will incur a $30 charge.

• Same day cancellations will incur a $30 charge.

• No-shows will be charged full price for the scheduled service.

• If you are late for your appointment, the massage length will be shortened and end at its scheduled time.  Full payment for the scheduled time will be due.

• Please note that if you are unable to give proper notice, you may find someone to fill your appointment.
